About IBW Creative Agency

B. Will, a Baltimore native with a lifelong passion for fashion, embarked on her journey in the industry at the age of 7. After relocating to New York in 2013 to pursue her styling career, she honed her skills by enrolling in styling and fashion marketing courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Through internships and on-set opportunities, B gained invaluable experience in runway production, particularly for Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week.

She has garnered an impressive list of editorial credentials, contributing to renowned publications such as IDOL, Elle International, Maxim, Jón, and Flaunt Magazine. In April 2023, leveraging her backgrounds in fashion, merchandising, and production, B launched the IBW Creative Agency.
